How It All Started and
Where We Are Going
3 friends Daniel & Kath Stoltzfus and Marcus Stoltzfus, started out in 2021 to serve the tastiest chicken you'll find. After successfully launching the food truck, two brothers, Dan & Jeremy Cruz, entered the picture and added a mobile food trailer that serves their gluten-free offerings. The future is bright as this team looks to build on their current success with their next location in Strasburg, PA, which opened in the summer of 2026.
